New F3 AO in Morganton. Anybody have any other friends?
Moleskine:
This was a somewhat quiet workout as far as mumblechatter. Though YHC did hear things like “This is too fast!” and “Why are we going this way?” and “I hate this guy!” (All may have me talking to myself.)
However, everybody worked hard. Everybody finished. and nobody has an old broken down body. And we all gained 200 Merkins for the leader board.
