SSH’s – 30 IC
Humpies – 20 IC
Harry Rockettes – 20 IC
Hillbillies – 20 IC
LBAC’s (Forward) – 20 IC Hold then Moroccan Night Club – 20 IC Hold then Overhead Hand Clap – 20 IC
Mountain Man Poopers – 10 IC
Mosey along Willow/Harper/Boundary and pass the hooded man then Bernie to the top of Boundary
Walk to the top of the first Halfpipe at the corner of Kirkeood & Church Street (entrance to Lenoir Hospice)
Perform BLIMPS (Burpee, Lunge, Imperial Walker, Plank Jacks, Squats) beginning at the corner of Kirkland along Church Street. Each Exercise is performed at each cross intersection with the last one being performed at the other end of the Halfpipe at Davenport School. Start with 5 Burpees and then increase by 5 until you are doing 30 Squats. Mosey between each cross street. At Davenport move along the sidewalk to the top of the second Halfpipe that runs along Boundary Street to the corner of Boundary and Kirkwood (near the Presbyterian Church). Follow the same pattern as the first Halfpipe.
Rinse/Repeat except start with 10 Burpees and increase by five with each exercise up to 35 Squats.
We had the gift of time to complete this circuit and then mosey to the AO for Name-o-rama, count-o-rama and COT-a-rama.
