The Thang- YHC is unashamed to say that he found a rockin halloween workout on pinterest a couple years ago and has used it any time he has the Q around this most special time of year. PS it can also double as a valentines day, easter, anything that involves candy really.
Start with OG 10ct Asheville Abs…..ouch.
Mosey under the breezeway that makes for a convenient rainy day refuge. Basically YHC brings 2 buckets and a poster board.
Bucket 1- Candy
Bucket 2- Exercises
Poster Board- List of candy and calories, fat grams, and sugar grams per piece.
Pick a piece of candy, pick an exercise, refer to poster.
Calories= reps of exercise
Sugar= #of burpees
Fat grams= laps around parking lot.
Rinse and repeat! Literally, cause it was wet….twss
COT- Talked about living your testimony and steering your children in the right direction.
