QIC:  Fuse

I woke up to my alarm, tried to reason with myself on why I didn’t need F3 this morning, not convinced so I  stumbled out of bed and out the house… without a watch and without knowing I had the Q.  As I’m walking up to the circle, I knew something was odd.  Cheese Wiz was there before me and then as I was trying to figure out why everyone was staring at me, Powder said “I wonder how long it’s going to take him to realize he has the Q?”

Glad I showed up.

 

warmup:

20 4-count merkins

15 simultaneous leg raises

15 IST

15 Humpys

10 4-count merkins

Someone mentioned the football field, so we went there.

1 warmup mosey around the field, AKA I need time to think and get a lay of the land.

Starting at the end zone, lunge walk 15 yards, inchworm 15 yards all the way across then plank for the six.

Next up is a suicide merkin, burpee extravaganza.  starting at the end zone 5 burpees, run to the 10 yard line, 5 merkins, back to the endzone, 5 burpees, 20 yard line, 5 merkins, so on and so forth all the way down to the opposite end zone.  plank for the six.

I asked CheeseWiz to sing the LR song, (He seems to have some knack for vocals) AKA more time to think.

Circle the football field via lunge walking while stopping at the corners to do either 10 merkins or 20 peterparkers.  We only made one lap until it was time to head back to the flag.

Mosey back, circle up for mary.

American hammers, LBCs that increased in speed(they had a cool name but I forgot), flutter kicks and something else.

At 2 minutes, 30 seconds left, we low planked until 6:15.  It was horrible.

Ruckers arrive and COT time.

 

COT: I am grateful for F3 and everyone involved, this is a huge and necessary part of my life.  I used to be a chunky, bitter, sad clown.  Now, I’m a grateful, bitter, aspiring HIM.  Love ya’ll.
