We did a set of each of the following based on each Pax birthday:

Burpees – Month of the year = # of burpees

Suicide – Quarter of the year determined distance of suicide “Sprint”

Merkins – Date of the month – # of merkins

Age – # of SSH (modified to LBCs halfway through)

December birthdays were not appreciated

Circle up for about 5 min of mary with different Pax leading excercises

Flutter kicks, freddie mercuries, WW2 situps (root can do like 1000 of these, just ask powder), low plank, high plank, box cutters
