Mosey to the track
Infinity Stones:
Series of six high intensity exercises with 1 lap between each exercise.
Power Stone: Burpees x 25 OYO – I have the POWER!!!!!

Reality Stone: Red Bull Smurf Jacks x 25 OYO – It’s like reality only twice as fast!

Time Stone: High Knees for 2 minutes – Timed exercise with the Avengers Theme playing in the background
Mind Stone: 21s – This exercise tested the PAX minds (and counting abilities) with a 5 count burpee penalty if they failed. Yep, you guessed it… we did the 5 burpees.
Mosey back to the A/O
WOD:
Romans 15:1-2 – “We who are strong have an obligation to bear with the failings of the weak, and not to please ourselves. Let each of us please his neighbor for his good, to build him up.”
This verse reminds us that, like the Avengers have a obligation to protect the universe, we have an “obligation to protect the weak.” While we may not don a cape or have super powers we can still impact those around us. Be on the look out this week for those in need and come to the rescue by simply being a friend.
