The Thang

Explain to PAX that there were 6 ACC championships played on March 7th. We will go to 6 stations were you will see 4 numbers:

  • 1st number – the number of the ACC tournament – Also the number of Flutter Kicks each PAX should complete
  • 2nd number – The year of the Tournament – Also the number of posted exercise that your 2 man team must complete
  • 3rd number – The score of the winning team – Also the number of rep of the posted exercise that your 2 man team must complete
  • 4th number – The score of the losing team – Also the number of reps of the posted exercise that your 2 man team must complete
  • We will also have β€œThe Rock” – one 8# med ball that must be carried and used in any exercise you complete. If you want β€œthe Rock” just say so and it will be passed to you
  • PAX 1 reps of posted exercise while PAX 2 runs suicides on the parking lot lines (2,4,6) – switch and repeat until all exercises are complete

  • This game went into 2OT – so we did extra work for MARCH 7th in the form of 7 Block Burpees

  • No Chalk Wenkie as we did this station as a team in the grass
    • 29 Flutter Kicks
    • β€˜82 Merkins as a team – (up and back down the line)
    • 47 Second UNC Low Plank
    • 45 Second UVA High Plank
    • 23 Seal Claps for the GOAT – MJ
      • btw – James Worthy was the MVPΒ  – not Jordon – Good Job on the triva Doughboy!

 

Station 6

  • We finished about 1/3 of this station as we had to mosey back to Flag as time was up
