YHC arrives early for his birthday because he is Q and he did not watch 1 second of the infamous shoe debacle of the first 2019 meeting of UNC – DUKE. I got almost 7 hours of sleep and arrived at the AO around 5ish. I had to get some bricks out for the warm-up. PAX did not appreciate that at all.
Warmup
Windmill, ATT, SSH x 33, Held bricks out in front of us for…. you guessed it 33 second. (Mayberry shows up). Then we did Little Arm circles front and reverse. End of Warm-up
The Thang
We then Slowseyed to the road and did 20 Dips on the curb and bear crawled to the other side and did 20 squats and then moseyed back over. We did 3 sets of this.
Then we grabbed the cinder blocks and did 2 sets of Curls for Snips x 33, (Spokes Arrives!!!)Overhead Press x33, and Bent over rows x 33. Birthday celebration with Reps!!!
Then we moseyed to the awning because it was a little wet. Some mens bums did not want to get wet. (more to come) At the awning close to the old Williams produce. WE CELEBRATED PBR’s BIRTHDAY with 44 reps of all the exercises. 44 Bench Press, 44 LBC’s w/ block, 44 Bench Press, 44 LBC’s. As I was messing up the cadence we started talking about drunk Sesame Street. IT WAS HILARIOUS!! Commando said “today’s show is brought to you by the letter…..ooo I DONT KNOW!!” then the jokes avalanched from there. It was great!!!
We then Moseyed back to the AO and had some time with Mary, So the twist to this story is that we did get our bums wet anyway. It was not appreciated by the PAX.
