CrossFit Dude: 5AM in the morning. Alarm awakens him. Latte? Check. Hair Products? Check. Temperature controlled environment? Check. Actual Weights? Check. Yoga Mat? Check.
Well, not today! This morning we marched(ran) around CrossFit Lenoir 7 times. And on the 7th day(lap), the Walls came tumbling down. We exposed them to the elements and the F3 way of life! Here’s how it went down

Started at the AO. We completed the set of exercises listed below. Then took a lap around CrossFit Lenoir and back to the AO. Rinse and Repeat 7 times.

WOD
Long Suffering. In our society today, we rarely experience periods of long suffering. However, it is critical to our faith that we experience these Valley’s so that we can learn to rely totally on God. There are a lot of situations going on with the PAX of F3 Lenoir. I hope this was encouraging to you men.

- Was not expecting that to be 3+ miles and decent elevation
- Audit had the bag of jokes this morning
- I slightly teared up when Snips and Baby Face reunited. Thanks to these 2, mumble chatter was at a 10

- Fist back blast since 2/7 out of Lenoir! Looks like all AO in the region are falling behind. If there is no BB, it didn’t happen.
- First time we’ve posted double digits at Prison Break in a really long time. It was awesome having everyone out
- No offense to the men and women of CrossFit Lenoir. I know several of them and they are all great people!
