Well Woody was supposed to have the Q today, but he is MIA. Hope heās still aliveā¦..we should probably check on him. So as the Master Q, I decided I would answer the bell. It was pretty convenient since I was supposed to Q on Thursday and didnāt. So I already had the workout planned. What I didnāt plan for was what happened nextā¦.

āThere might be a surprise guest this morningā ā PBR
While PBR is among Lenoir most committed, he rarely comes to The Den. Its too easy for him. So he goes and rides his bike for 20 miles. So I knew if PBR was going to be thereā¦ā¦I had to find some stairs. I arrived a few minutes early to make sure the stadium steps were in decent shape. As I was coming back down Panther trail, a red Nissan Titan passed me. I thought to myself, āWho could that be at this hour in the morning?ā Then it hit meā¦ā¦.PBR.
So PBR turned around, followed me to the AO. But wait! Is that Bismark? Its been a while since heās been to the Den. And waitā¦ā¦is that Spokes? This was shaping up to be a decent size group. It been awhile since weāve hit double digits in Lenoir. So this is how it went down.

It was now approx. 7:01 and we hear the sound of squalling tires. Ah yes! Its officially Snips F3 start time. Dressed in his usual 10 layers, even though it was a nice 45 degrees, he joined in mid-High kneeās

We would complete the 4 exercises below as a group. First round, 10. Second round, 9. Third round, 8ā¦ā¦you get the idea. Because PBR had blessed us with his presence, we would run the stadium in between each set.

- It was great to have PBR, Spokes, and Bismark out on a Saturday
- PBRs calf muscles have calf muscles
- Swinger put F3 Hickory on notices last night with those dance moves
- Baby Face, Audit, and Snips just stood around awkwardly as if they were at a middles school dance party
- I donāt think Spokes broke a sweat today. Ill try harder next time
- Wile Eās workout clothes are nicer than my nice clothes
