I apologize to any PAX that I may have accidentally left off the list, leaving early throws me off when I miss the name-o-rama!  I will admit with no shame in my game that the idea for my workout came off of pinterest.  As Shorty and I were discussing during the first mosey…they really do have everything on there!  The Thang!

Warm ups-blahblah.

1st pinterest idea… Play Rudolph and do different exercises when different words were said.  Santa=pushup, Reindeer=Burpee and so on. Seemed like a good idea but 10 second into it, turned out it was a bust so called an audible and moved on.

Grab a block from the block pile, head up to lit corner of Walgreens.  25 days of christmas=25 reps of an exercise, 24 reps of different exercise and so on and so forth.  After each set of 5 different exercises, we took a lap around walgreens; we also planked while playing a christmas song and did push ups during a key word. Ex-Most Wonderful Time of The Year- Push up on rhyming words, Jingle Bell Rock-Push up on Jingle (who knew there were so many jingles in that song).

Only made it down to 11 days and it was time to mosey back.  As previously stated I left early so I left it in the capable hands of the new master q Dough boy.
