YHC showed up fashionably on time. I cant say “like always” because usually I am fashionably late. P.S. I hate mornings, and I appreciate the accountability and motivation you guys give. I was not made fun of as an FNG so that was good. I believe everyone is over the stomach bug in the Miller house hold, so I plan to be at more workouts. Lets get into the THANG.

THE THANG
Mosey to the Benches with the Bike Rack looking things. We did 20 American Hammers IC
Moseyed to Library Hill and we climbed it. At the top, we did 20 Weezy Jeffersons IC
As we were leaving the Library parking lot, I wanted to have a quick BEARD CONTEST, here are the results from the contest.

BF was not last surprisingly, and DB won based on the length of the beard. As you can see in the pic below.

Then we moseyed back to the Benches with the Bike Rack looking things and YHC did a body destroyer without the PAX because he was tired from running. Coming back after a couple weeks of no exercise really gets you out of shape. I encourage no one to do that. STAY ACTIVE in some way!!!
At this point of the workout the “mumble chatter” was on HIGH! I waited a little bit before starting the next exercise, and BF wanted to hurry up the workout but was doing most of the mumble chatter so I called him “BARBARA” it was the closest girl name to Baby Face I could think of at the time, due to his excessive chatting. So we started the workout, which was, 10 MERKINS IC, but we held the Merkin at the bottom like a “Mission Impossible” so the Cadence was slow. 1 down and hold, 2 up, 3 down again and hold, 4 up.
Then we moseyed back to the AO where we did 100’s.
