I’m baffled that as the quality of the OG facilities continue to grow, as evident from the newly laid mulch and the trees waiting to be planted, the attendance continues to ungrow, anti-grow, not row…? Whatever; To quote the infamous Paula Cole “Where have all the cowboys gone?” Props to Goodwill for holdin it down with me on the pre-run the last few weeks, but he’s about to have a 3.0 so i’m afraid he’ll be out of commission for a while after that. Hopefully not Peaches level out of Commission (Miss ya Man)!!! But anyways, here it is.
Goodwill for the win showing up for the pre-run, went down the greenway and back. No shirt pre runs still in effect for now, realized i left said shirt hanging on the side of my truck, as it started raining pretty hard, when we were 1/2 way down the greenway. oh well. Sidebar-Goodwill is a great guy, really enjoy his company, just sayin.
Got back from pre run to see Daewoo in the parking lot, just 3 of us, pretty standard…insert sad face here. SSh in cadence, and we’re gone.
Ran the old pre run route stopping at everyish light for some exercises. Ended up at the bottom of the OG OG hill for some ladder fun. !0 burpees at the bottom, 10 squats at the top, R and R dropping 2 reps every time. YHC had to bug out lil early to head back, Daewoo handled COT.
OG misses you, can you hear her calling?
