On a cool, but humid morning 6 PAX showed up to get better before the hurricane settles in for the weekend……
Warmup (x20, IC)

- Arm Circles (forward & reverse)
Body Builders (x10) – 8 count burpee with plank jack added in, completed together
Fiery Squats – hold air chaire in a circle while exercises are performed by each PAX, one at a time:
- 10 lunges, each leg
- 10 big boy situps
- 10 diamond merkins
Body Builders (x10)
Squerkins – Get in wheelbarrow partner position, Merkin for down man, then Squat for up man. 10 each and rotate. Rinse and Repeat
Body Builders (x10)
Walk Like an Egyptian – Line up, lunge and hold, PAX at end of line sprints to other end. Repeat until the end of parking lot and then return back
