I had the day off. I could actually sleep in for the first time in a very long time. I checked the calendar……..DANGIT! I have the Q for Infinity. Its part of it. F3 offers accountability. Its about being a leader. So I had no choice. I planned all the pain stations to be partner exercises. However, we only had a total of 3 HIMs show up this morning. Only 3. Hickory had 16 and we would only get 3 men out of the bed. Oh well, the show must go on.
- Some dynamic stretching the DB taught us

COT: Perspective. Stress is relative. We all have a different stress point. Watching what Baby Face went through this week give us some perspective. Just know when your stress trigger hits, you an step back and gain some perspective. We will see how Bless we really are
Moleskins
- Not a lot of mumble chatter this morning
- Nothing out of the ordinary to report
- Audit and PBR are both fairly introverted
- I will say this, both of these men have no issues running hills
- I was definitely the anchor this morning, I appreciate you men coming out and letting me slow you down.
