QIC:  Wile E

Good Day my F3 brothers. My name is Wile E and I am a born again F3’er. 7 Noble men joined me on this day my 2nd VQ for men’s choir day (more to come on this).

I welcomed everyone with a swift warmup of SSHs 25 IC, Finkle Swings 15 IC, Humpees 15 IC and Alternating Toe touches 15 IC.

We then took a Mosey stroll up the hilly driveway to one of the middle school parking lots. Upon arrival the following orders were provided. Bear Crawl to one side, 25 dips on curb, big hops back to other side and 25 squats.

Mosey around middle school to the high school track and the following orders were given. Bear crawl inch worm. All PAX in single file line in plank position while while each member bear crawled to front (like an indian run). Three rounds of this and the choir started to sing a rather dismal tune.

Mosey to bottom of concrete bleacher steps on the far left side. We ran a snake up and down the steps of the bleachers from one end to the other. Not a lot of chatter during this…

Met in the top parking lot for some more fun. Orders given at starting position, lunge walk to said point and do 100 LBCs, jog back to starting spot, lunge walk back to other side and do 50 squats, jog back to starting position and then lunge walk back to other side and do 50 merkins. Then jog back to starting position.

Slowsy down the road and an idea popped into my head about a brick wall. We stopped and did 15 IC each in wall chair position, Muhammed Alis, Joe Fraziers, Wonder bras (or pushup bras either way it’s strange because none of us wear them at least I don’t think)

Mosey back to AO for time with Mary. I asked a guest Q to lead named Audit because he’s the Ab Superman. He instructed us to do some American Hammers, Froggers, Weezy Jeffersons and Flutter Kicks most either 15 IC or 20 IC (it was all getting fuzzy to me by that time)

COT
I took a different approach today with some snickering and laughter. We turned into a Men’s Choir Group for my WOD. “I love you Lord, and I lift my voice, to worship you, oh my soul rejoice!, Take joy my King in what You hear, Let it be a sweet, sweet sound in Your ear.” (We actually sounded really well and will tour churches if asked) After we sang I shared that I have been teaching my son to sing this song and of the great joy it gives me when he wakes up in the morning singing it in his bed. That’s the legacy I want to leave behind. Amen.

Moleskin

I do like to Bear Crawl, this is not new news. Growling helps.

Maybe it was Snips that suggested I add this to my moleskin. The mumble chatter was at a low point today without Β THE FRIAR and BABYFACE. But we sure did miss you two and all you other good sirs.

Apparently Bouble Dogey is dyslexic when it comes to alternating exercises. Let’s all pitch in and help him out.

I appreciate the encouragement and jabs for not being at many workouts recently. Change in your life can provide some growing pains and also take focus away from something that’s more helpful than you realized. Glad I was back out with my F3 brothers on this fine Saturday.

And PS Audit, here’s to you for being on top!! LOL

Wile E out!
