This THANG started a little after 5:15. YHC didnt get much sleep so I was tired this morning. PBR, Spokes, BF, Swinger were waiting when I showed up. Then the 2 with early morning bowel movements came to the party.
We did the Warmup
Then some block exercises
Ran around 2 blocks (city blocks not cinder blocks)
did more block exercises
Ran around the 2 blocks again
Then we ended with some ABS
