Repeat 1st set of exercises

Mosey to center of town

Repeat 2nd set of exercises with a little toe touch to stretch some

Indian Run around town weaving around a few blocks back to AO

Wall chair for a minute and Itsy Bitsy Spider 15 IC

Flutter Kicks 100 single count

Peter Parkers, Long Arm crunches, Plank crunches 15 IC

Side Plank L and R 30 seconds each

1 Timothy 4:6-10

Grateful for these men who stick by each other and pray together. We love to work out and train our bodies but trusting God and finding wisdom is His Word to live Christ-like examples proves the greatest Value. We all need to remember that each day and rise to the occasions for our families, communities and most importantly for our Savior Jesus Christ.

Oh and after it was all over, everyone was drenched in sweat! My job was complete.
