QIC:  Markup

2 pax went for a 3 mile pre-Ruck run with weighted packs.

3 pax rucked 2.5 miles around Hickory in about 45 minutes.  We rucked, talked, and laughed.  While rucking we ran some and tried to increase the pace.  We talked about exercises as well, which we will start performing next week.
