It was a chilly morning with 5 PAX to start the workout. We started the warm-up and after a couple exercises, here comes SPOKES. At least he showed up, You bunch of fartsackers!! You know who you are.

THE THANG
Mosey to post office and do a workout named 3, 6, 9.
We grab a parking space and do 3 Burpees, 6 Merkins, and 9 squats. We did this for about 6 minutes
Then we did 50 line jumps IC
After we had our fun at the post office we moseyed to the ATM / Ambulance hill going into Lenoir. (I stink at road names)
On the hill, we did 20 single count LBC’s and ran/sprinted up the hill and at the top we did 20 (each leg) flutter kicks. We did this 5 times, up and down the hill.
Then we moseyed to the gladiator pit, where we fought through the needles and diseases.
We then partnered up
Round 1 Partner 1 bear crawled back and forth, while partner 2 did AMRAP Merkins
Round 2 Partner 1 bear crawled back and forth, while partner 2 did AL GORE.
Round 3 Partner 1 bear crawled back and forth, while partner 3 did SIX INCHES
Next exercise was Wall chair.

Then we moseyed back to the AO where SPOKES led us in some of that sweet SAN ANTONIO time with Mary I believe I will mess this up but I am going to attempt it.

COT (Luke 23 : 39-43)
39 One of the criminals who hung there hurled insults at him: “Aren’t you the Messiah? Save yourself and us!”
40 But the other criminal rebuked him. “Don’t you fear God,” he said, “since you are under the same sentence? 41 We are punished justly, for we are getting what our deeds deserve. But this man has done nothing wrong.”
42 Then he said, “Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom.”
43 Jesus answered him, “Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise.”
I read this passage recently and in my almost 32 years that the Lord has given me It never hit me so hard. Jesus, who is God in human form, told a criminal that he will forever be with him in paradise.
Just think about that for a second. How powerful would it be, that the creator of the universe, and the only way to heaven, tells you that you will forever be in paradise with him. WOW!!
