The Thang

Stayed at the A/O for a circuit using a variety of blocks, bricks, barbells, and dumbbells.

3 rounds of 5 stations – 1 minute at each station with 3 exercises at each all numbered to tell what round to do what station. 10 second rest in between for movement and a short getting read period.

Station 1

Side to side merkin

Bench Press with a Cinder Block

Repeat 10 Wide and 10 Diamond Merkins till time

Station 2

Brick Squat arms extended

Glute Bridge Hold

Dead lifts using 2-25 LB dumbbells or 75 lb Barbell

Station 3

LBCs feet down arms behind head

WW2 sit-up cinder block partner pass

American Hammers

Station 4 All using Cinder Blocks

Curls for Girls

Overhead Press

Skull Crushers

Station 5

Burpees

SSH

Invisible Jump Ropes

Complete 1 round  exercising for 1 minute then moving from Station to station starting with first exercise at each then go to second exercise on your second time around, then third till completed

Mosey Up and Hill and Down a Hill

Repeat (For time we only did 10 reps at each station)

Spokes really liked having a block to hold on WW2 sit-ups.

Everyone was talking during the first round… not so much after that.

Dead lifts are no ones favorite.
