It was a blizzard of snow this morning. I believe we had at least 10 flakes fall from the sky!!! I got to the AO about 7 minutes early which is not like me. Baby Face and Banjo were there and then Band Camp showed up right at 530. Which was great because I needed an even number for my workout. I also needed a key to the stadium but that didn’t happen. THANKS PAULA DEEN!!! Lets get into the workout.

3 LEGGED RACE!!!!
Still in Hudson Elementary School Parking Lot (Partners – BF and Band Camp, Banjo and Snips)
Start at 1 end of parking lot
Go to Light Pole and do – 20 Lunges
3 Legged Race back to original spot and do – 20 Calf Raises
Race with partner back to light pole and do – 20 Shoulder Taps
Run back to original spot in parking lot and do – 20 Flutter kicks
We did all exercises with an imaginary band holding our legs together, It was fun!!! IT WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE FUN WITH MORE OF YOU FARTSACKERS THERE!!!

I was the only PAX at the workout this morning that my F3 name did not start with a “B”
Band Camp and Baby Face won the 3 LEGGED RACE but its only because they have double the leg length of me and Banjo, so they took half the steps we had to take.
The 10 flakes that made an appearance were great!!!
I am writing this at 9:03 and it is literally pouring snow in Wilkesboro.
I encouraged the men to get in their Bibles at least once a day, even if it is for a short time.
