QIC:  Markup

It was a cool morning and I was looking forward to posting in Granite Falls.  We exercised and laughed for the next 46 minutes.

Warmup

Side Straddle Hop x20 IC

Burpees x5 OYO

Alternating Toe Touches x20 IC

Burpees x5 OYO

Imperial Storm Troopers x20 IC

Burpees x5 OYO

Squats x20 IC

Burpees x5 OYO

The Thang

Mosey to the end of the parking lot and explain that each Christmas Tree is a station and we would do exercises at each station.

Round 1: 20 Monkey Humpers (3 sets b/c 3 stations)

Round 2: 20 Monkey Humpers, 20 LBC

Round 3: 20 Monkey Humpers, 20 LBC, 20 BBSU

Round 4: 20 Monkey Humpers, 20 LBC

Round 5: 20 Monkey Humpers

Mosey to Joe’s Shaved Ice/Coffee House (depends on the season) to find the blocks.  Each pax had to partner up but everyone needed to grab a block.  Head back towards the building and stop at the bottom of the hill.  While Partner 1 does an exercise, P2 carries the 2 blocks up the hill and back down.

Mosey  back to flag for a little bit of ab work.

Each exercise was for a count of 15 IC

I admitted to the pax that yesterday was one of the first times that I gave thanks to God about my mom’s cancer.  She fought for 3 months but I talked to a man last nights whose mom fought for 13+ years……

My challenge: Think of someone who has made an impact in your life and write them a letter of thanks.  No need to tell anyone that you have done it.  This is between you and God, and whoever you write.

Great job men and I hope to see you again in the near future.
