I had the pleasure of Qing Hurler which is always a treat, love this AO.

Warmup:

SSH x2, Merkins x10(4-count), Alternating toe touch x10

Mosey to the bottom of the hill near the radio shack where I’ve left the workout list.  The workout goes as follows:

25 Merkins

Hill repeat

25 air squats

hill repeat

25 wwII situps

hill repeat

10 burpees

hill repeat

30 seconds (each side) side planks

hill repeat

25 dips

hill repeat

25 stepups

hill repeat

*damn this hill.  it’s getting old, for the remainder of the workout, do two sets of exercise for every hill repeat.

Mosey on back to the starting spot.

WOD: Colossians 3:23-24

 

My watch read about 4.5 miles, all of which except for a short mosey was up and down the hill.

Acid is a beast.  Seriously, recruit him for a Palmetto team
