I am going to skip right to it… Audit fartsacked, we still love you Audit 🙂
We started off with random exercises for warm ups. I believe high knees was thrown in some part of the warm up.
Baby Face took over and brought some exercises he learned from Asheville. We got the bricks and did exercises like over head press and curls.
Then somewhere during the warmup we decided to let Wile E. lead us in some exercises to get ready for his VQ on 10/17.
He took us to the parking lot close to Stargate and we did some exercises he learned from Wilmington.
Then Wile E. took us to a different location and we did more exercises.
At the end of the workout we let Spokes lead our “Time with Mary” this was the least smartest decision I made all day. Spokes learned an ab workout from San Antonio that could have literally been the hardest “Time with Mary” I have ever had.
We started off with 6 inches for 30 seconds, (insert laughter) then we did an exercise like flutter kicks, he then proceeded to tell us we had to keep our feet in the 6 inch position, then we had to do another exercise like hello dolly. Guess what he said after that exercise, KEEP EM UP!!! LETS GO BOI’S!!!! (w/ San Antonian Q accent). Another 30 seconds or so of 6 inches and then another exercise. We literally didn’t put our feet down the whole time. I loved the workout it pushed us all to a limit we didn’t know we had
P.S. after Spokes does his VQ, I will be using this in my workout.
This was a Convergence of F3…..Kinda. We had F3 Asheville, F3 Wilmington, and F3 San Antonio in attendance, or spirit. It ended up being a great workout.
Thanks for fartsacking Audit 🙂 that is my last jab.
