You get the jest:  worked our way down to 1 burpee, 1 squat, 1 merkin

1 John 3:16-18 – This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us.  And we ought to lay down our lives  for our brothers and sisters.  If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person?

Reminds YHC of a phrase heard many years ago: What you do speaks so loudly, that what you say I cannot hear.  In other words, actions speak louder than words.  Look for ways to do for others who are less fortunate.

Moleskin 

YHC has always posted a “hint” the day before of what to expect @ a workout.  It seems that might not be advisable based on the number who posted.  YHC may be reconsidering that in the future, or maybe it’s just me.  Snips & the Lenoir crew has banned YHC from “Q’ing” there until 2020, lol!!

Just a word to Pyro & Yeti – you guys are doing great!!  Keep posting & remember, you will get better!!!
