There’s something about watching the PAX roll in to an A/O one by one, from different directions, exiting their vehicles like prize fighters, making their way to the ring of HIM watching their every move, already gaining vocal encouragement by this point. YHC just loves it. It’s like, we bout to do this, we gonna show this town something. It’s for this reason that when YHC’s number is called to Q, YHC strives to find a little extra juice to push the PAX. Here’s how it went this time around:

(2) Pax 1 Squat to OH Press with block, Pax 2 bearcrawl to sidewalk and run round and back, Swap out repeat. (3) Pax 1 Bench, Pax 2 Lunge walk to sidewalk run round and back, Swap out and repeat. (4) Pax 1 alternate rows to kettlebells, Pax 2 Karaoke to sidewalk run round and back, Swap out repeat. (5) All Pax Squat to OH Press 10IC. Put Blocks to Bed.
Mosey to wall behind Bank: Incline Merkins 10IC, Derkins 10IC, Dips 10IC, Isty Bitsy 10IC, Plank Merkins 10IC. Rinse and repeat with 8IC each. Glad that’s over.
