11 Pax showed up for my VQ at The Den. I enjoyed being the Q and hope to do it again.

- Imperial Storm Troopers x 15 IC

The Thang:
Bataan Death March: Pax line up in formation of an Indian Run. Pax in the back drops and does 5 Merkins then runs to catch up with other Pax who are jogging in line. Once the runner passes the person in the back, the Pax in the back must drop and do 5 Merkins while the runner continues to the front of the line. Repeat until everyone has gone at least once.
We then Moseyed to the Great Wall of Hibriten for some Wall-Sits. After one set we rinsed and repeated.
- Muhammad Ali’s x 15 IC
- Joe Frazier’s x 15 IC
- Bus Drivers x 15 IC
- Australian Mountain Climbers x 15 IC
We then Moseyed to grab some bricks and did some shoulder work that burned. After one set we rinsed and repeated.
- Shoulder Press w/ Bricks x 20 IC
- Squats w/ Bricks x 15 IC
- Shoulder Raises w/ Bricks x 15 IC
- Arm Extensions w/ Bricks x 15 IC
We then put our bricks up and moseyed back to the AO for some F3 Baseball.
F3 Baseball: Set up cones like bases on a baseball diamond. Separate Pax into 4 teams and assign each team to a cone. At 1st base, the team must complete 50 merkins cumulatively. At 2nd base, the team must complete 100 LBCs cumulatively. At 3rd base, the team must complete 100 squats cumulatively. And at Home Plate, the team must complete 100 Smurf Jacks cumulatively. Once team finishes at their base they move to the next one and do that specific exercise. A timer will be set for 10 minutes and teams try to get as many points as possible. A team scores a point by making one complete trip around the diamond.
Mary:
We then cooled down with some time with Mary.
- American Hammers x 15 IC
- Dolly’s x 15 IC
- We also did our daily 100 Flutters for our 15 day challenge
WOD:
(2 Timothy 3:12) Indeed, all who desire to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted.
I am a big fan of Christian Hip-Hop music and use it to get hyped up before big games. I was listening to a song and a line in it really caught my attention. It said “Who’s in more danger, the persecuted or the comfortable”. That really made me think about if I am living a comfortable life or if I am going out and living a life for Christ. We all know that most of the people we are around aren’t Christians and might not like us bringing up religion. Don’t let that put you down, don’t give up on that person that might have hurt you with their words. Whether it be blessing our food before we eat it or reminding our coworkers that Jesus loves them and that you are praying for them makes a huge impact on them. You can become a witness to that person and change their life.
Moleskin:
We enjoyed kicking a red tape ball around while we were Moseying back to the AO after our brick work. We also made new names for ourselves at the end since our current ones aren’t good enough.
