Since the last workout went so well with bricks and running, I decided to let all the PAX enjoy it again…this time with hills!!!
Warmup – 15 reps each IC
Side Straddle Hops
Imperial Storm Troopers
ABAGODAS
Humpies
Arm Circles – forward and then backwards
Brick and Run
Each PAX grabbed some bricks and hit a leg and upper body workout, then mosyed up a local hill. Then back for another round at the AO. All workouts were IC and 15 count.
1st set – Overhead press, Squats
2nd set – Curls for girls, Lunges
3rd set – Triceps Extensions, Squat jumps
Next we ran up to a local wall for some wall climbs mixed with Merkins and Bench Press with our bricks. Descending sets from 10 Merkins and 20 Bench Press, then 8 Merkins and 15 Bench Press, 6 Merkins and 10 Bench Press, 4 Merkins and 5 Bench Press and 2 Merkins and 20 Bench Press to finish up. Back to the AO at completion for some time with Mary.
