We had 7 Pax at 300.  Padawan is back for his first one after his surgery, happy to see him.

Warmups x 15:

  • SSH
  • Imperial Strorm Troopers
  • Humpies
  • Alt Toe Touches
  • Windmills
  • Arm Circles
  • Reverse Arm Circles

We mossed to the tennis court where 6 tennis courts are located.  Noting that tennis has a funny way of scoring (15-LOVE, 30-LOVE, 40-LOVE) I had a drill I called Burpee Love.  We did a Burpee Ladder count down.  We started at the fence next to the first court.  The Pax would run to the closest edge of a tennis court and do 10 Burpees.  We ran back to the fence and then ran to the farthest edge for 9 Burpees.  They did the same for the next court and counted down one Burpee each time until the final Burpee was done.

We then mosied to a parking circle in the parking lot.  We did a series of exercises and between each exercise we would round around the traffic circle twice.  We alternated running clockwise and counter clockwise.  The exercises included 10 each:

  • Burpees
  • Imperial Storm Troopers
  • WWII Situps
  • Peter Parkers
  • Mountain Climbers
  • LBC’s
  • Squats
  • RBC’s
  • Merkins
  • American Hammers

We mosied to the block pile and each man got a block.  We did two sets of each of the following, 10 reps per set:

  • Curls
  • Overhead Presses
  • Stand Up Rows
  • Kettle Bell Swings
  • Bent Over Rows
  • Bench Presses
  • Skull Crushers

We mosied back to the starting point and finished up with the following ab workout, 10 each:

  • Dead Cockroaches
  • WWII Situps
  • American Hammers
