YHC graduated from HHS (Hickory High School) in 1975.

Today the men of F3Lenoir visited HHS (Hibriten High School)

Will the REAL HHS please stand up?

5 men met up at 6am for a 5 mile (or so) run through the streets of Lower Creek and along the beautiful greenway that Lenoir has to offer.

7 more men met those 5 at Lenoir Community Church and began their workout – just as soon at Cropduster visited the once fine bathroom facilities at LCC.

In the Parking Lot (welcome, disclaimer, mention of 2nd F, etc)

Mosey RAM style toward HHS – along the way stopping for:

Enter the hallowed grounds of HHS – home of the Panthers!

Enter the Stadium – where the real Panthers of HHS play football!

In the Parking Lot up behind the stadium, we were entertained by The Police

Mosey back down to the entrance to HHS – along the way doing:

Mosey back across Hwy 18, up Lower Creek Drive, eventually landing at Lenoir Community Church.  It is Finished!

Countoff, Name-O-Rama, Announcements, Prayer Requests:

Prayer Requests (from memory – sorry because I am sure I have missed some – but God heard them!)

FNGs:

  1. Maury – he loves the Lord, his family and basketball – #Dribble
  2. Joey – referencing Joey Tribianni – his soap opera  doctor character on “Friends” is Drake Ramoray – #Drake
  3. Todd – he loves many things, including history (esp WWII) – #Bismark

COT – Part II – YHC read a Facebook post by F3Hickory’s own Goober who spoke to what Good Friday means to him – give it a look up.

We held hands while Friar had a ton of announcements (he’s a preacher – he likes to talk.  I wasn’t listening!  🙂 ) – then YHC prayed.

Moleskin:  What an honor to lead the #Studs of Lenoir today as we left their normal AO and headed up to HHS – man there’s all kinds of things to do there!  We introduced the Lenoir PAX to what a RAM workout looks like – Run And Move.  We got to know each other better along the way #microcosmoftheworld  We worked all (or almost all) body parts.  We didn’t lift anything other than our bodies.  We ran a good deal.  We sweated.  We laughed.  Dribble totally matched!  Bismark is a Hoosier!  Drake is a good runner!  It’s fun to see Lenoir growing by leaps and bounds right there at the base of Hibriten Mountain.

Today we visited HHS – Really!  And nobody pulled a #FlamingCropDuster [bite me CousinEddie!]

WarDaddyCropDusterOut!
