THE THANG: 4 blocks of hospice hill. First stop 1 burpee, 2 stop 2 merkins, stop 3 3 squats, stop 4 4 plank jacks, stop 5 5 star jumps. Then run back down/up the 4 blocks and repeat by increasing by the number, ie 2 burpees, 4 merkins etc. repeated for 5 laps ending with 25 star jumps before heading back to we where PBR showed us he was an overachiever by doing 30 flutter kicks MARY:
