At the Abandoned Van Lot, we fed the wolves: lunge walk, bear crawl, crawl bear, mario jump, carioca
Then we did the Clock, a loop around Trinity Ridge with 12 stops with 12 reps at the first station, 11 at the second, 10 and the next, etc: first loop we did merkin+rotation, 2nd squat jumps, and finally froggers.
