THE THANG:
Bit of a redux from #thesteeple since YHC Q’d there on Monday. Each PAX grabs a frisbee and we alternate between two parking lots where YHC has exercises lined up at each parking space. One lot focuses on core and legs and One lot on upper body. Everyone throws their Frisbee and we do 20 reps of each exercise where a frisbee lands. Then we mosey to the next parking lot, repeat, return to first to make a loop and so on.
