Notes of Observation:
-Whoever says pre-run before a 1-hr beatdown in July is a good idea…is WRONG. (Although, YHC did keep a sub-9min pace for 2.9 miles. #8minmile)
-When your wingspan is ~8ft, your cadence for Michael Phelps is completely different than everyone else’s…ask Lobstah
-Apparently alternating toe touches aren’t that hard…the whole new rucking crew did them first try (Probably practiced at home)
-When Diamond Dave is excited about his selection for his Q, be wary. His excitement means pain.
-Pretty fun asking Rosie to explain his station 3 different times…of course rolling in wet, cut grass and climbing up-and-down a slick grass hill was payback.
-DJ Applesauce can bring the tunes. God Bless the USA was a nice touch, especially as we sang it, while literally zombie walking up the Coley ampitheater!…not sure Miley Cyrus was necessary -You want to end with powerful message, bring in Feeny.
