THE THANG: Grabbed blocks and bricks. Blocks we did overheads, skull crushers, curls, BOO, bench presses. Took the bricks and enjoyed a beautiful run around Lenoir involving Bernies, Bear Crawls, Step Ups, Incline Merkins, Flutters, Weezies, Calfies. MARY: Ran up a long hill but not luck finding
