Sorry its a few day late but here it it. So this workout was a little different for me cause this past Tuesday I had some minor surgery, but still wanted to show support for T’ville pax that posted. So 3-Dog was on q but since I couldn’t really do anything he let me kinda lead the Pax. So it was my job to call out the exercises and keep time. 3-Dog qed up 30 different exercises and pax did 1 minute amrap per exercise. So here’s the list.
