COT: Silent Saturday. As HIM’s, we pride our selves on Preparedness (Qpoint F5)- Get prepared for the expected, and be prepared for the unexpected. But, God reminds us with silent Saturday that there are times we should rest in His power and His plan! Notes:
-Star has a great AO….even in the rain
-Has Been may have the most scandalous arm circles but Applesauce does them longer than anyone else
-the size of your rock does matter…and you will be heckled about your choice, even if your rock looks like Tennessee
-we’ve got at least 3 2.0’s that are tough as nails…no complaining and full on participation
-When Sparkles leads…you’re gonna do burpees (dang War Puppy)..thankful for just 10.
-Ricky Bobby will motivate you…just glad he was limited to 5 minutes #inspiration
-Ferdinand found a way to make derkins that much more uncomfortable, especially if your partner had beans the night before -Gump loves a good Simon Says game and handing out penalty burpees
-Belding will pick your rock for you, but don’t mess with his 2.0..Snuggie will embarrass you
-Diamond Dave thinks he’s creative…but regardless of how I position my hands, 50 merkins still burns
-If you’re doing a rep challenge, workout with Doughboy…it’s just easier because he’ll keep count -Be thankful Plank took photography classes and not modeling
