THE THANG: block work in CCF style. Three rounds and run a lap between the rounds. Complete 25 reps of an exercise, rifle carry 2 blocks a distance, 25 reps of another exercise, and then fireman carry the blocks back repeat with 15 reps and then 9 reps.
