THE THANG: mosey up to the church. Spokes in the parking lot. Abs work with squats in the middle first time. 2nd round had leg work with laps up and down the stairs. Mosey through the square and down for wall work. Lots of reps of different exercises with long wall sits. Mosey back to AO with a stop for calf raises at the LPD.
MARY: Ring of fire while holding 6 inches. Not a partner exercise.
