THE THANG: Mosey to drug store. set up on wall down on road for 11s. one side had rotation of inclines and declines. other side of building and parking lot had box jumps. once finished with that, head to local church and run 11s there with top LBCs and other end of parking lot burpees. Run those until out of time and then head back to AO. 2.5 miles today.
