WARMUP: All in cadence: SSH, forward arm circles, reverse arm circles, overhead claps, high knees, butt kickers.
THE THANG: took turns rolling dice for reps spelling out the word GOBBLE. Goblet squats, overhead press, burpees, bent over rows, lunges, tricep extensions. Multiplied numbers on dice to determine reps. Did a lap after each round 2x.
Completed 2 sets of merkins, curls, LBCs and American Hammers in cadence to 10.
Finished with a spoke workout: burpees in the middle with squats, plank jacks, lunges and merkins starting at 12, decreasing by 2 each round.
