THE THANG: Head over to the middle school hill and lunge our way up. Over to front door for wall work(and pumpkin disposal). Head around back and mosey to high school track. Rings of fire on track. Then snakes up and down the bleachers. Down and around back of hill and mosey back to AO.
MARY: 8 minutes of abs to finish out.
