Find a partner

Run LR track.  P1 goes one way/P2 goes the other way.  When you meet your patna’, both do: 5 burpees/10 monkey humpers/10 pickle pounders.  2 laps.

Most of us did a group squat until a track jogger passed us.  My day was made. 

Mosey to baseball field.  1st base = 5 reps/2nd base = 10 reps/3rd base = 15 reps/Home = 20 reps:  WW2’s, merkins, bonnie blairs.  

Note:  BB’s are the death of me.  I believe Powder once called what I try to do hip hop jumps or something like that.  

Mosey to Coke machine on 5th St NE.  Plank for 6.  Once 6 arrives, plank for one minute. 

Mosey to HHS Hill.  5/1 ladder: merkins/squats.

Sprint (if you can…the Q can’t/won’t sprint) to HHS parking lot.  Trivia time:  back in 1991 (?), I was scheduled to take the SAT’s.  It was cancelled because the test proctors found a decapitated body in that very same parking lot we were in early that morning.  It’s a shame too, because I would have scored a 1500 that day.  Note:  1500 was a good score in 1991.  

In honor of Fuse, we lunge walked the parking lot.  No bodies found and we only did 1/2 of what he called when he used to post.  Hey Fuse, you think you can come back now?  Pretty sure you guys are in good enough shape for the R2R2R.
