Weather: Balmy 63 degrees, light fog, day is just dawning.

You know PAX are amped for the run when you roll in 15 minutes early and the parking lot is already nearly full! This being the 5th time that the region has hosted the annual ascent of Hibriten “mountain”, folks pretty much knew what to expect. Due to runner and rucker participation, the COT was performed prior to the ascent. An FNG was identified (welcome Lobstah!) Count-off and Name-o-rama was performed. WOD centered on the F3 Motto, Leave no man behind, but dont leave him where you found him. This applies to all facets of our lives, the workout, the fellowship, the pursuit of faith. Keep an eye out for a brother who’s lagging and pick up the six!

Much to the surprise of the PAX a warm-up was called (15 SSH IC) then the run began. 3 miles up hill, stop for selfies, and ten 3 miles back down. Great way to kick off the New Year! Praying it’s a good one fellas…
