YHC was out of town last week. The proper way to get back at it would obviously be to post at ER. Or even better, Q it.
The PAX at ER are some of the best.
Twig. The man who isn’t the fastest, but is always there. Teaching us consistency.
Retread. Not just a runner, can hang with the best of them.
Flamer. Had the infamous “Flaming Cropduster” but still shows up more than you at the weeks hardest AO.
Phlegm. Always pushing the PAX to go harder and always destroys the workout.
Owie. Makes everything look easy. (Not sure he even broke a sweat today)
Cheezwiz. Cheesewhiz. Cheese Whiz?
(Should probably google that) Fast, usually late, also destroys workouts and makes them look easy.
warmup: the usuals
Head over to the blocks and we were a couple short.
Following the formula of great workouts, (KIS/MIS) YHC knew a round of the M.O.U.N.T. Was in order.

10- Merkins
10- Overhead press
10- Up and over
10- Nose touch curls
10- Tricep pulls (bent over row)
Started in the back parking lot. Headed up the stairs and out of the lot, back in and drop one rep down to 1.
Next up we moseyed over to the bottom of Hospital Hill.
Tried an Indian run but instead of running we lunged with the blocks.
Being we had more PAX than blocks we tried to pass as the runner called “up” but the math and science was no good and somehow YHC often had no block/brick and was heckled by Crosstich.
That about did it for our time, so we headed back to put the blocks up and returned to the flag.
