I am late writing this and to be honest, I forgot the other 19 guys who posted.  Important note – write BB as soon as possible so you can remember!

I was put on the Q schedule for two AOs so I asked the ARROW pax to roam a little bit.  I was surprised to see about 10 men show up to run ~6 miles.  I met them, explained the route, and had a quick COT before they took off to run.  As they were leaving, the pax for OG began showing up.

We had a warmup for OG and off we went.  A little after we started, Flex asked if Judy Chop could borrow my headlamp because he has balance issues.  I gladly handed it over.  We stopped at the court house for some incline Merkins and kept moving.  As we rucked, I chatted with Judy Chop who was visiting from OK and was posting for the 2nd time.  He is a MMA fighter and has a brain tumor 😳.  That is what causes him to have balance issues when it is dark.  Amazing, and he still posted in the gloom.

We rucked about 1.2 miles and then turned around. As we headed back, we had to do a squat every time the timer buzzed and we increased by one each round.  The timer was set to 15 seconds. We continued this until we were at 11 and the timer went off before we finished.  We did 12 more and then moved out.  We headed back to the AO and met up with some runners who were waiting on us.

WOD

I brought back a question from GR24.  We need to review our concentrica and make sure what our focus is on.

Do you give your wife or do you give her your rest.

9Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor:
10 If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up.
11Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can one keep warm alone?
12 Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.
