Publix was wondering around looking for Doughboy to run, no Dough so grab a ruck. Note…anytime Markup offers you a ruck, it could be a bad day….
The idea….ruck the 11 minutes to ER, we started at the top of Hospital Hill with 10 Squats, 10 Merkins. Ruck down to the concrete beast up to the top level, 20 LBC across deck 10 merkins, down to the bottom. Ruck back and repeated to the next highest deck (Red Deck), then Yellow Deck, then Green Deck. Ruck the 11 minutes back to the AO. We ended with a beautiful parking lot bear crawl, crawl two spaces, 2 merkins, two more spaces 4 merkins, continue to 10 merkins. (Little Ditty YHC got from my boys of Tville) Done

Creeper, there is just 1 of him…love this dudes humor..we discussed the term Tough Row to Ho, he thought it was Tough Road to Ho…then he gave his perspective if you were in the profession of prostitution, then that is a more valued term.
Also we discussed the Bush factor…and Swanky is a great name
