4 pax rolled up to The Jurisdiction this morning to see what The Dude had in store for us. The weather was great temps is the low 60’s and the birds where singing. Even though he was about 5 minutes late it was nice to have Tapeworm out there with us this early morning. So here’s how it all went down.

Line back up and Indian run back over to Town Park St. And for those of you that don’t know this is a decent little hill and it sucks. But anyways The Dude thought it would be a great idea to do a Bernie Jacob’s Ladder with merkins and squats. We started out at a lamp post then back peddle up the hill(Bernie Sanders) probably 20-30yards 1 merkins run back down to lamp post 10 squats and if you know how to do a Jacob’s Ladder you know how the rest goes.
Line back up and Indian run back to the flags. In total the Indian run was 1-1 1/2 miles.

As of right now Memorial Day Ruck is still on for May 31st Copperhead Creek wheels up 0700.
June the 19th F3 Taylorsville will celebrate is 6th birthday and we have a pair of 2.0’s that are on q and they are very excited to lead this beat down.

Please keep YHC and 3-Dog’s family in your thoughts and prayers. Our grandma is not doing well at all. Hospice has been called in she is at home and she told all of us that she is ready to be with Jesus in Heaven.
