Yhc is really getting into the mid week work outs at first 0515 really sucked and to be honest still does. But the difference mid weeks made is remarkable. Pedro did a speed ruck 5k this past weekend at a 12 minute mile pace. The Dude and yhc both just feel better overall. And even though I say cupcake work out so far all the mid weeks have been every but easy. But hey we do t get up for easy right. And this morning at work while I was writing down what we did, one of my coworkers seen me and was like is that some kinda recipe. Why use it is a recipe, a recipe for suck you should come join us one Saturday and enjoy it with us.

W.O.D.

In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’

Acts 20:35

Continued prayers for Pedro, The Dude, and Clifford’s M’s
